"Our driver was brilliant, polite and patient arrived on time and sorted our lift home even though we asked at short notice to come back earlier.Big thank you and hope our next journey will be the same."
LESLIE LITTLEJOHN
"When booking my ride to Heathrow, I was prompted to upgrade to executive level with a Merceded E class, which I did for an additional cost.
Our driver arrived promptly, was courteous, and got us to the airport in a timely fashion. So the driver gets high marks.
Having said that, he was driving a Prius so I likely should have been charged one of the lower rates for the ride.
I gave the driver a tip, as he was great and I had no complaints there."
IVAN HEWETT
